[Return Refund] How do I return my wrong/damaged/change of mind item once the return request has been confirmed?

How do I ship my return parcels?

 

Once your request for a return has been approved, you will be required to select your preferred return shipping method within 2 days and return the item(s) to the seller within the next 5 days.

 

1. Drop off method

 

You can return your parcel easily by dropping it off at any of Shopee Free Return’s logistics partners which are SPX Express, and PosLaju. Refer to the return processes for this method below.

Refer to the list of drop off point locations to find a hub closest to you.

 

2. Pick up method

 

You may choose to return your parcel by arranging a pick-up with Flash ExpressSPX Express and J&T Cargo at your desired time and address, free of charge! Refer to the Return Process for this method below.

⚠️Note:

 

  • For J&T Cargo, parcels must be a minimum weight of 30kg and a maximum of 500kg whereas for SPX Express, parcels must be 1kg or less for pick up. Available in West Malaysia only

 

3. Self arrange method

 

You can self-arrange the return shipment of your parcel using traceable mailing options (with the tracking number provided). Refer to the Return process for self arrange for more information.

 

⚠️Note:

 

  • Do note that you will have to bear the return shipping fees for this method

 

Where do I ship my return parcels?

 

For local orders:

 

  1. You will need to ship your return parcel either directly to the seller’s return address or Shopee Warehouse (for purchases from Shopee Mall).
  2. Ensure that you select your choice of return process within 2 days to ship your return parcel within 5 days of the approved request date, and upload the proof of postage via the Shopee App.
  3. Effective 26 December 2023, you will be able to change your return shipping information (ie. shipping method, pickup address, scheduled pickup date/ time) even after it has been confirmed. You will no longer need to cancel your return request, re-raise another request, and go through the previous steps to reach the select shipping option page again.

 

For overseas orders:

 

  1. Our Shopee Dispute Team will contact you to advise on the return address.
  2. Do ensure that you select your choice of return within 2 days and ship out the item(s) to be returned within 5 days. If not, your return request will be automatically cancelled and the funds will be released to the seller.
